Kumul Petroleum Holdings Limited today proudly announced its annual Port Moresby Charity Golf Challenge. The event will be held on 7th November at the Royal Port Moresby Golf Club.
Kumul Petroleum Community Affairs Manager, Marlcom Negints highlighted the impact of past events, noting that funds raised have significantly supported children in licensed out-of-home care centres across the country, contributions have helped meet daily needs, improve access to education, and fund essential infrastructure projects that enhance the wellbeing of the children.
“We’re pleased to host this event once again,” said Mr. Negints. “Last year, participating teams, entry fees, and generous prize donations from sponsors enabled us to raise
substantial funds that supported the operations of five licensed care centres nationwide.”
“Our charity golf challenge held in Port Moresby over the years has assisted the St Francis Care Centre in the Southern Highlands Province, St Mary’s Care Centre and Bible Faith Outreach Centre in the Western Highlands Province, 3 Mile New Hope Centre and Born Free Foundation in the nation’s capital.
“With just one week to go, we are receiving overwhelming responses from the business community and individuals to support the event, and I would like to thank you all in advance”,
Mr. Negints said.
The proceeds from this year’s charity event will continue to go towards supporting the licensed out-of-home care centres and the vital programs they run for underprivileged children in their care.
