Reporting to the Executive General Manager Corporate Services and External Affairs, the Manager, Administration & Support Services will manage and provide leadership in a range of administrative support services encompassing processing and coordination of KPHL commercial lease agreements, providing oversight to all business travel and logistics support, security services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead in the prudent management of KPHL commercial lease agreements, ensuring compliance with all contract terms, KPHL operations and industry standards.
  • Manage, monitor and report on actual operational budget against approved plans and provide regular up date to management.
  • Provide periodical and regular updates to EGM Corporate Services on the operations covering company security, business travel, office facilities and amenities.
  • Manage the procurement processes and distribution of staff uniforms and industry standard PPEs
  • Oversee transport services and regular ongoing maintenance of a fleet of KPHL motor vehicles, ensuring they are roadworthy at all times
  • Lead in coordinating shipping services as required by KPHL
  • Coordinate and manage project site amenities and stationery supply.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
  • Must have minimum seven (7) years’ experience in a similar role with direct interface with executive management, senior employees and a team of direct reports;
  • Must have minimum five (5) years’ experience in managing domestic and international travel and logistics,
  • Must have developed experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications and MS Outlook calendars.
  • Proven experience working with Oracle or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess situational security risks and provide timely advice to management
