Kumul Petroleum Holdings Limited is the State-owned petroleum and energy company with a mandate to create value and opportunity from the nation’s petroleum resources for Papua New Guinea and its people.
KPHL seeks to appoint experienced and professional individuals to its Board. It is expected that candidates will have bachelor’s or higher tertiary educational or professional qualifications and 20 or more years’ experience in a senior managerial position. Previous Board experience and an understanding of the resource industry in PNG or overseas is highly desirable.
KPHL is particularly interested in appointing individuals with experience and demonstrated expertise in major project delivery in the construction, resource or petroleum gas industry, particularly ; a) business, government and landowner relations and b) commercial and marketing (oil& gas).
