Role Summary:

Reporting to the Transport Coordinator, this role ensures to provide support to the business by providing professional and safe driving services in line with KPHL Transport Policy, HSE Policy and relevant policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support KPHL staff with transportation needs;
  • Make sure general driving support is maintained and carried out in line with KPHL Transport policy and relevant administration guidelines set up through the internal systems;
  • Maintain cleanliness and roadworthy standards of KPHL owned or KPHL hired vehicles;
  • Attend to daily tasks as assigned by the supervisor;
  • Ensure all tasks allocated for the day are logged in the daily task register, effectively and without fail;
  • Assist with administrative tasks as and when required.

Qualifications and Educations Requirements:

  • Minimum Grade 10 with additional office administration training or similar;
  • Driver Training from certified Trainers;
  • Safety Training.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum Class 3 PNG driver’s license with 5 years experience in a medium to large multinational organisation;
  • Demonstrated ability to work with staff at all levels, including with executive management;
  • Must be customer focused with ability to perform clerical and administrative duties when required.
